The Healing Circles Healthcare program provides tools, training, and mentoring that prepare individuals and teams to adopt healing circles in healthcare and academic settings. Our customizable approach provides the essential components necessary for your success and sustainability of the healing circle practice.
The program is delivered in a phased integration of training, a practicum, and consultation services. We have learned that a one-time training without additional mentoring will not build a foundation for sustainability.
By comparison, other peer-support programs are characteristically situational, time-limited, and focused on the mental health of one individual at a time. The healing circles practice is community-based and ongoing, anchored in a consistent of values and mechanics, and can be used by anyone, anytime, anywhere.
